RFQ Details

Dear Sir,



Please allow me to introduce very briefly our Company.

We are Local Agents, where we procure quotations and purchase goods for our clients.

We have a large number of clients in Malta and many more in the Northern African Countries, namely, Tunisia, Libya, Algeria and Morocco.


To expand our business, we have been seeking for a well established company that supplies "Structural Steel sections & pipes."

Therefore, please submit detailed literature of all your products.



In the meantime, you are kindly requested to furnish us with a quotation for the supply of the following:



Galvanised Mild Steel Channel as per specifications & quantities listed hereunder.



Specifications



Galvanised Mild Steel Channel to BSS 4-1:2005 or equivalent.

Channel to be supplied in 6 metre lengths or nearest standard length.

Nominal size of channel - 102mm x 51mm.

Approximate weight of channel - 11.05 kgs/m



Quantities required- 8.619 Tonnes



Furthermore, please:



1a Submit detailed technical literature including drawings with dimensions of material offered.

1b Length of channel corresponding to the weight being ordered is to be stated.

2. Accept our terms of payment on CAD [cash against shipping documents] basis.

3 State delivery dates from confirmation of order.

4. Accept offer to remain valid for seven [7] months.

5. State 'Country of Origin 'of matertial offered

You may note that this request is for small quantities.

However, we are treating this quotation as a 'Test Case.'

We are confident that if we manage to win this small order, many other orders for sections & pipes for much larger quantities will follow in the near future.
